Tina Storer, “The Braveheart”, is a singer, actress, model, and a paranormal investigator with the all female trio, Paranormal Xpeditions, based out of Boston, Ma. Since they were founded in 2010, Tina and “PXP” have made appearances on multiple paranormal television shows including the premiere episode of Travel Channel’s “Paranormal Challenge” with Zak Bagans, and 2 episodes of “My Ghost Story” on the Biography Channel. Tina appeared on CBS’ “The Talk” with Sharon Osborne in the summer of 2014 as a social media talker.
As a graduate of New England School of Photography with a portraiture major and creative imaging arts minor, Tina’s vast knowledge of photography has helped lend credibility to reviewing evidence and filming/editing the Paranormal Xpeditions web series. The series aired on “GTN” Ghosttales Television Network in the summer of 2012 and went on to win 2 Paranormal Emmy Awards, including “Best New Show”, and “Most Creative Show”. It became an official selection in the 2012 Horrorfind Weekend Film Festival and the 2012 Chicago Paranormal Film Festival.
PXP’s newest project “True Crime Paranormal” brings you the bridge between paranormal and criminal investigative techniques. “True Crime Paranormal: Freetown” was the first installment of this innovative docuseries, where Tina and Rachel tracked down the suspect behind the still unsolved New Bedford Highway Killings from the late 1980′s and brought a voice to the innocent victims of these heinous murders. The documentary placed 3rd in the Short Film category of the 2014 Chicago Paranormal Film Festival and has gained recognition within the paranormal community.
Stopping at nothing, PXP has created a line of night vision makeup called “Pretty Paranormal” to help empower female paranormal investigators everywhere. To kick off the official launch of the makeup line in October 2014, PXP paired with Sam Baltrusis, renowned author of “Ghosts of Boston: Haunts of the Hub”, to put on a Steampunk inspired fashion show and Haunted Harbor Cruise aboard the Samuel Clemons steamboat. With the success of the Haunted Boston Harbor tour, PXP is hoping to be able to produce another show October 2015.
Tina’s love for music and performing has continued to take her to new places. She has frequented the community theater stage in memorable roles in musicals such as Adelaide in “Guys and Dolls” and singing “Turn Back O Man” in “Godspell”. Tina’s real passion for music shines through when she is singing with local bands in the Boston area. With influences like Etta James, Susan Tedeschi, and Bonnie Raitt, Tina has a lot of soul to pour out on stage, and it shows. She continues to promote her singing and songwriting on her YouTube channel and is pursuing a career in music. March 2013, Tina released a single “Never Break Me Down” onto her YouTube channel and it has been played on paranormal radio shows across the country.
Some of Tina’s acting work has included, playing the role of “Charlene” in a book trailer for the book “Fighting Back” by HB Mann, portraying a college student in the independent spoof film “Indiana James and the Raiders of the Lost Shakers of Salt” and acting in the viral video, “Listen To Your Mother”, for the Boston based production company “Scrupulous Productions”.
Tina is proud to be a part of a team that is becoming one of the most prominent groups of female paranormal investigators in the country. Tina and Paranormal Xpeditions continue to break new ground in paranormal research and want to motivate and empower women everywhere to achieve their goals in life.
